Fragrance Amount

Add 0.5-1 oz of fragrance oil per 1 lb of soap base (about 3%-6%). Start low and adjust. This base absorbs well—a little goes a long way. For sensitive skin, use gentle essential oils at a lower concentration.

Colorant Amount Tips

Liquid Colorant : Start with 1-2 drops per lb for light colors, 3-5 drops for medium, 5-10+ drops for deep shades. Mix well.
